Higher Newham is a green infrastructure led regeneration proposal for a hillside on the south edge of Truro. The vision is for a new community growing from the old farm buildings, extending across the land to engage with it productively, defining new agricultural, residential and cultural relationships. The landscape is layered in from field to garden across meadow, orchard, and allotment. Higher Newham responds to the ground first as the place from which habitation takes root.
